$17 أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ التَّمِيمِيُّ الْفَقِيهُ ، أنا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ ، نا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ صَاعِدٍ ، نا زِيَادُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ ، نا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، فَذَكَرَهُ بِإِسْنَادِهِ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ : فِي مَتْنِهِ : " لا تَجْزِي صَلاةٌ لا يَقْرَأُ الرَّجُلُ فِيهَا فَاتِحَةَ الْكِتَابِ "
