فيخرص عليهم النخل حين يطيب أول الثمرة قبل أن تؤكل ثم يخير اليهود فيأخذونه بذلك الخرص أم يدعونه وإنما كان يفعل ذلك كي تحصى الزكاة قبل أن يؤكل التمر ويفرق
