وبِالْإِسْنَادِ إِلَى ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لَا يَنْبَغِي لِلْقَاضِي أَنْ يَقْضِيَ بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ وَهُوَ غَضْبَانُ "
