$16 أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُظَفَّرِ بْنِ مُوسَى الْبَزَّازُ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ وَأَنَا حَاضِرٌ أَسْمَعُ ، قثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زِيَادِ بْنِ حَبِيبٍ ، قثنا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى الْقُضَاعِيُّ كَاتِبُ الْعُمَرِيِّ ، قثنا الْمُفَضَّلُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ قَالَ : وَحَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ حَفْصَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " مَنْ لَمْ يُبَيِّتِ الصِّيَامَ قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الْفَجْرِ فَلا صِيَامَ لَهُ "
