حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُنْذِرِ أَسَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو ، أُرَاهُ عَنِ حَجَّاجٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ : قَتَلَ رَجُلٌ ابْنَهُ عَمْدًا ، فَرُفِعَ إِلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ، فَجَعَلَ عَلَيْهِ مِائَةً مِنَ الْإِبِلِ : ثَلَاثِينَ حِقَّةً ، وَثَلَاثِينَ جَذَعَةً ، وَأَرْبَعِينَ ثَنِيَّةً ، وَقَالَ : لَا يَرِثُ الْقَاتِلُ ، وَلَوْلَا أَنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : " لَا يُقْتَلُ وَالِدٌ بِوَلَدِهِ " لَقَتَلْتُكَ
