حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَوْهَبٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " الْأَيِّمُ أَمْلَكُ بِأَمْرِهَا مِنْ وَلِيِّهَا ، وَالْبِكْرُ تُسْتَأْمَرُ فِي نَفْسِهَا ، وَصُمَاتُهَا إِقْرَارُهَا "
