حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ سَيْفِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ " . قَالَ عَمْرٌو : إِنَّمَا ذَاكَ فِي الْأَمْوَالِ
