حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَوْهَبٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " الْأَيِّمُ أَوْلَى بِنَفْسِهَا مِنْ وَلِيِّهَا ، وَالْبِكْرُ تُسْتَأْمَرُ فِي نَفْسِهَا ، وَصَمْتُهَا إِقْرَارُهَا "
