حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَدْرَكَ عُمَرَ وَهُوَ فِي رَكْبٍ وَهُوَ يَحْلِفُ بِأَبِيهِ ، فَقَالَ : " لَا تَحْلِفُوا بِآبَائِكُمْ ، لِيَحْلِفْ حَالِفٌ بِاللَّهِ أَوْ لِيَسْكُتْ "
