حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " تُسْتَأْمَرُ الْيَتِيمَةُ فِي نَفْسِهَا ، فَإِنْ سَكَتَتْ ، فَهُوَ إِذْنُهَا ، وَإِنْ أَبَتْ ، فَلَا جَوَازَ عَلَيْهَا "
