حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِذَا اسْتَيْقَظَ أَحَدُكُمْ مِنْ نَوْمِهِ ، فَلْيُفْرِغْ عَلَى يَدَيْهِ مِنْ إِنَائِهِ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ "
