حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ ، عَنْ مُخَيِّسِ بْنِ ظَبْيَانَ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ جُذَامٍ ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ عَتَاهِيَةَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : " إِذَا لَقِيتُمْ عَاشِرًا فَاقْتُلُوهُ " . حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ ، وَقَصَّرَ عَنْ بَعْضِ الْإِسْنَادِ ، وَقَالَ : يَعْنِي بِذَلِكَ الصَّدَقَةَ يَأْخُذُهَا عَلَى غَيْرِ حَقِّهَا
