حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ , أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " إِذَا نَكَحَ وَلِيَّانِ فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ ، وَإِذَا بَاعَ اثنانِ فَالْبَيْعُ لِلْأَوَّلِ "
