حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لَا يَنْبَغِي لِلْقَاضِي وَقَالَ سُفْيَانُ مَرَّةً لِلْحَاكِمِ أَنْ يَحْكُمَ بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ وَهُوَ غَضْبَانُ "
