حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بنِ عَبدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بنِ عَوْفٍ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَاب النَّبيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ لِلنَّبيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : أَخْبرْنِي بكَلِمَاتٍ أَعِيشُ بهِنَّ ، وَلَا تُكْثِرْ عَلَيَّ فَأَنْسَى ، قَالَ : " اجْتَنِب الْغَضَب " ، ثُمَّ أَعَادَ عَلَيْهِ ، فَقَالَ : " اجْتَنِب الْغَضَب "
