حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي الْفُرَاتِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي شُرَيْحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُسْلِمٍ مَوْلَى زَيْدِ بْنِ صُوحَانَ الْعَبْدِيِّ ، قَالَ : كُنْتُ مَعَ سَلْمَانَ الْفَارِسِيِّ ، فَرَأَى رَجُلًا قَدْ أَحْدَثَ ، وَهُوَ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَنْزِعَ خُفَّيْهِ ، فَأَمَرَهُ سَلْمَانُ أَنْ يَمْسَحَ عَلَى خُفَّيْهِ وَعَلَى عِمَامَتِهِ وَيَمْسَحَ بِنَاصِيَتِهِ ، وَقَالَ سَلْمَانُ : رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يَمْسَحُ عَلَى خُفَّيْهِ وَعَلَى خِمَارِهِ "
