حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ الْبَتِّيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، أَنَّ أَبَوَيْهِ اخْتَصَمَا فِيهِ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَأَحَدُهُمَا مُسْلِمٌ وَالْآخَرُ كَافِرٌ ، فَخَيَّرَهُ فَتَوَجَّهَ إِلَى الْكَافِرِ مِنْهُمَا ، فَقَالَ : " اللَّهُمَّ اهْدِهِ " فَتَوَجَّهَ إِلَى الْمُسْلِمِ ، فَقَضَى لَهُ بِهِ
