أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُظَفَّرِ ، وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى الْهَاشِمِيُّ ، وعبد الوهاب بن العباس الهاشمي ، قَالُوا : أنا أبو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي عَاصِمٍ ، قَالَ : ثنا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ ، قَالَ : ثنا بَكَّارُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ حَمَّادِ بْنِ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ ، عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " الأَيِّمُ أَحَقُّ بِنَفْسِهَا مِنْ وَلِيِّهَا " . الْحَدِيثَ
