نا هُشَيْمٌ ، أنا عَامِرٌ الأَحْوَلُ ، نا عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَ : " لا نَذْرَ لابْنِ آدَمَ فِيمَا لا يَمْلِكُ ، وَلا عِتْقَ لَهُ فِيمَا لا يَمْلِكُ ، وَلا طَلاقَ لَهُ فِيمَا لا يَمْلِكُ "
