بِهِ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " فَرضَ زَكَاةَ الْفِطْرِ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ عَلى النّاسِ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ ، أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ عَلى كُلِّ حُرٍّ أَوْ عَبْدٍ ذَكرٍ أو أُنْثَى مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ "
