من كان عنده ذبح يريد أن يذبحه أو أراد أن يضحي فإذا أهل هلال ذي الحجة فلا يأخذن شعرا ولا يقلمن ظفرا قال عمران سألت مالك بن أنس عنه فقال ليس من حديثي فقلت لجلسائه حدثنا بهذا الحديث إمام العراق شعبة عنه
