ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، عَنِ الْعَلاءِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ جَارِيَةَ ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ مَسْلَمَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " كَانَ يُنَفِّلُ إِذَا فَصَلَ فِي الْغَزْوِ ، الرُّبُعَ بَعْدَ الْخُمُسِ ، وَيُنَفِّلُ إِذَا قَفَلَ الثُّلُثَ بَعْدَ الْخُمُسِ "
