أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ ، عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " الأَيِّمُ أَحَقُّ بِنَفْسِهَا مِنْ وَلِيِّهَا ، وَالْبِكْرُ تُسْتَأْذَنُ فِي نَفْسِهَا ، وَإِذْنُهَا صُمَاتُهَا "
