أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي حُسَيْنٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، وَعَطَاءٍ ، وَأَحْسِبُ طَاوُسًا ، وَالْحَسَنَ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ فِي خُطْبَتِهِ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ : " لَا يُقْتَلُ مُؤْمِنٌ بِكَافِرٍ " .
